U Cheer

One of our newest programs at UKnight is designed to introduce athletes, ages 6-13 as of the day of signup, to All-Star Cheerleading. It is 9 fun-filled weeks of introducing athletes to tumbling, stunts, jumps, and dance while learning a routine that incorporates all elements.

There is no focus on competition for our U-Cheer program, but we will highlight their spectacular routine at our Family and Friends Showcase on November 15/16th, 2025.
