Whether you're learning your first cartwheel or training elite skills, our tumbling classes help athletes progress safely and confidently through every level.

Program Overview

Our tumbling classes emphasize proper technique, body control, strength, and skill progression to help athletes advance safely and effectively.

Class Length: 55 minutes

Progression Policy: Athletes must demonstrate proficiency in all skills of their current level before moving up.

Skill assessments will be conducted during the first class, and coaches may adjust placements as needed to ensure proper progression.
